(Thermal Paste to eliminate  phenomenon of thermal bridges)

DESCRIPTION:

Mould Lock is an innovative insulating coating suitable for cases of thermal bridges, where  due to lack of insulation mainly in columns and beams of buildings presents the phenomenon of condensation of water vapor resulting in images of black spots which is nothing else than fungi (mould ) that spread continuously.       
The solutions were given up to now been:
1. The subsequent thermal insulation of these components, we can easily understand that it is expensive and very often poses defects.
2. The known solution using antifungous colors that contain strong preservatives kill fungi, also affects human health and do not solve the problem, just block it for a short period!  Mould Lock comes to cover the most effective and environmentally sound manner, resolving the above problem "once and for all".

ADVANTAGES:

- Has excellent adhesion to all surfaces.
- It doesn’t flow and paves very easily by brush, roller, trowel or spray gun.
- It is not toxic and therefore can be applied in all kind of rooms such as bedrooms, kids rooms, etc.
- Can be rubbed and painted in order to get a final result that has no aesthetic difference from adjacent surfaces.
- Paintable after drying, by plastic or acrylic paints (AVIPaints) very easily.
- With a coefficient of thermal conductivity k = 0,123 W / m * K and crust thickness 2-2,5 mm, significantly reduces the heat loss of the space, resulting economy in energy consumption. It is estimated that the cost required to cover all surfaces with possible

heat escapes eg. the northern, outer walls, calculating after 2 years the economy will be absorbed by heating cost difference.
- No aging and maintains thermal properties indefinitely.

APPLICATION:

Thoroughly clean the surface from the existing mold with alcohol or bleach diluted 1/1. We must stick very well to clean because even a very small fungi source to leave we will not have the desired effect.           
Dilute Mould Lock with 10% water and stir well until it becomes a homogeneous paste. Spread the material which is now ready with roller (relief) or brush making sure you evenly paved and without gaps. After drying (normally in 4-24 hours) we apply the next layer. The thickness of the desired crust is at least 2mm, so you may need a third hand. It is good if you intend to use spatula over the final surface for the material to save time. Finally we create an insulating crust which provides to the structural element (column, beam, wall) the necessary normalization of temperature in the interior, so that no longer occurs the phenomenon of water vapor. Mould Lock is also fireproof and soundproof.

CONSUMPTION:

Requires about 1 kg / m² for crust thickness 1mm.

CLEANING TOOLS:

Requires no special method other than clean water before it dries.

PACKAGE:

Mould Lock is available in plastic pails of 4 kg and 12 kg .
